Our fully- supplied, professional cleaning staff provide top to bottom cleaning, so you can focus on the excitement of your new project. This package focuses on: General: • Dust all ledges. • Clean the interior of windows, blinds, tracks and window-sills. • Clean the door knobs and doors. • Clean all light switches and outlets. • Clean the baseboards. • Vacuum (will not remove stains out of the carpet) • Get rid of all cobwebs. • Take out all trash Bathroom: • Wipe down exterior of cabinets. • Clean mirrors and vanity lights. • Clean and disinfect toilet. • Clean and disinfect bathtub / shower. • Clean and disinfect glass shower doors. • Clean and disinfect counter tops. • Clean and disinfect vanity. Kitchen: • Clean and disinfect chrome of the sink. • Clean and disinfect counter tops. • Wipe down exterior of cabinets. • Clean exterior areas of stove. • Clean exterior areas of refrigerator. • Clean interior and exterior of microwave. • Clean exterior of dishwasher. Bedroom/Living Room: • Make the bed. • Dust ceiling fan. • Clean blinds, window sills, tracks and interior windows. • Remove smudges from doors and light switches. • Clean mirrors. • Wipe baseboards. • Vacuum carpets and mop floors. • Empty trash. 2 HOUR MINIMUM || Call us directly for pricing!

Cancellation Policy

Customer cancellations must be received via phone call, e-mail, or text message at least 24 hours prior to the day of cleaning; otherwise Customer is liable to pay Citrus Fresh Housekeeping a $98.00 cancellation fee. If, on the day of cleaning, Citrus Fresh Housekeeping arrives at, but cannot access, Customer's premises due to any circumstances, Citrus Fresh Housekeeping reserves the right to cancel services until the situation is remedied. Customer is liable to pay Citrus Fresh Housekeeping a $98.00 cancellation fee. Citrus Fresh Housekeeping reserves the right to deny services and/or terminate services because of safety concerns, financial concerns, and inappropriate/uncomfortable situations at & or on Customer's premises. Citrus Fresh Housekeeping reserves the right to reschedule cleanings with less than 24 hour notice due to unforeseen circumstances. If Citrus Fresh Housekeeping experiences weather, traffic and/or cleaning delays, Citrus Fresh Housekeeping cleaners may arrive within 1 hour before or 1 hour after scheduled time. Citrus Fresh Housekeeping does not provide services on holidays. If Customer's scheduled cleaning day falls on a holiday, Citrus Fresh Housekeeping will reschedule.
