Our fully-supplied, professional cleaning staff provide top to bottom cleaning, so there is only one thing you need to focus on - your new home! This package focuses on: General: • Dust all ledges. • Clean the interior of windows, blinds, tracks and window-sills. • Clean the door knobs and doors. • Clean all light switches and outlets. • Clean the baseboards. • Vacuum (will not remove stains out of the carpet) • Get rid of all cobwebs. • Take out all trash Bathroom: • Get soap scum off the bathroom tiles and tub/shower. • Clean out the bathroom drawers and vanity. • Clean the toilet, sink, countertop and floor (sweep and mop). • Clean the mirror and vanity lights. Kitchen: • Clean out all cabinets and liners. • Wash the interior and exterior of the cabinets. • Clean and disinfect all countertops. • Clean and shine the sink, faucet and backsplash. • Scrub the refrigerator / freezer inside and out. Remove all shelves and clean separately • Scrub the oven inside and out. • Clean out the dishwasher Bedrooms/Living Room: • Dust, sweep, vacuum and empty rooms. • Ceiling fans. • Clean out closets. 2 HOUR MINIMUM || Call us directly for pricing!

Cancellation Policy

Customer cancellations must be received via phone call, e-mail, or text message at least 24 hours prior to the day of cleaning; otherwise Customer is liable to pay Citrus Fresh Housekeeping a $98.00 cancellation fee. If, on the day of cleaning, Citrus Fresh Housekeeping arrives at, but cannot access, Customer's premises due to any circumstances, Citrus Fresh Housekeeping reserves the right to cancel services until the situation is remedied. Customer is liable to pay Citrus Fresh Housekeeping a $98.00 cancellation fee. Citrus Fresh Housekeeping reserves the right to deny services and/or terminate services because of safety concerns, financial concerns, and inappropriate/uncomfortable situations at & or on Customer's premises. Citrus Fresh Housekeeping reserves the right to reschedule cleanings with less than 24 hour notice due to unforeseen circumstances. If Citrus Fresh Housekeeping experiences weather, traffic and/or cleaning delays, Citrus Fresh Housekeeping cleaners may arrive within 1 hour before or 1 hour after scheduled time. Citrus Fresh Housekeeping does not provide services on holidays. If Customer's scheduled cleaning day falls on a holiday, Citrus Fresh Housekeeping will reschedule.
