• Kitchen: interior and exterior of all cabinets and drawers wiped down; inside the oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher cleaned; stovetop and range hood degreased; countertops, backsplash, and sink scrubbed and polished
• Bathrooms: tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, and tile scrubbed; grout cleaned where needed; soap scum and hard-water buildup removed; mirrors, fixtures, and exhaust fans wiped; cabinets cleaned inside and out
• Bedrooms and living areas: closets and shelving wiped inside and out; baseboards, window sills, door frames, and light switches hand-cleaned; ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted
• Windows and glass: interior windows, sliding doors, and mirrors cleaned; window tracks and sills detailed
• Floors: all carpets vacuumed (shampooing available as an add-on); hard floors swept, mopped, and corner-detailed
• Walls and surfaces: spot-cleaning of scuffs and marks on walls, switch plates, and door frames
• Final detail: removal of any leftover trash or debris, vents wiped, full walkthrough to confirm inspection-ready condition

• Surface and finish work: baseboards, door frames, window sills, light fixtures, switch plates, and hardware hand-wiped
• Glass and windows: interior and exterior windows cleaned (ground floor), track and frame detail included
• Floors: hard floors mopped, carpets vacuumed, tile and hardwood edges hand-detailed
• Paint, adhesive, and overspray removal: safe removal of drywall mud, caulk smudges, paint overspray, and protective film adhesive without damaging finishes

During your quoting call we will ask:

• Which rooms matter most (some clients prioritize kitchens and bathrooms; others want bedrooms spotless first)
• Any specific tasks to focus on, such as baseboards, inside the oven, ceiling fans, or specific buildup
• Areas to skip entirely (a home office that is off-limits, a nursery during nap time, and so on)
• Product preferences, including eco-friendly, pet-safe, fragrance-free, or your own supplies
• Special considerations like delicate surfaces, antiques, or specific cleaning techniques you prefer

On recurring cleanings, your preferences are saved and shared with the team that visits your home, so you do not have to re-explain how you like things done. That is the boutique difference: consistent, attentive housekeeping tailored to your home.

We believe in being upfront about scope so there are no surprises. A standard cleaning does not include:

• Interior of oven, refrigerator, or dishwasher (available as add-ons)
• Exterior windows or upper-floor windows
• Wall washing or spot-cleaning walls beyond switch plates and high-touch areas
• Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning (we vacuum only)
• Heavy organizing, decluttering, or laundry
• Cleaning up after pets (litter boxes, accidents) or biohazards
• Moving heavy furniture. We clean around and under accessible pieces
• Outdoor areas: patios, garages, balconies (commercial cleaning services available separately)
• Mold remediation, pest removal, or post-flood cleanup

Most of these can be added as one-time services or built into a deep clean. If you are unsure whether something falls inside our scope, just ask when you request a quote. We will give you a straight answer.

Interior windows: yes. Exterior windows: it depends.

• Interior glass: All interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces are wiped down and polished as part of a deep cleaning. For standard cleanings, we clean interior glass on request
• Exterior windows (ground floor): Available as an add-on. We clean accessible ground-floor exterior windows and sliding glass doors
• Exterior windows (upper floors): Not included. For multi-story exterior window cleaning, we recommend a dedicated window cleaning company, and we are happy to refer one
• Screens and tracks: Available as an add-on. We will vacuum tracks and rinse screens

Yes, on request. These tasks are also included by default in deep cleanings when the appliances are empty and accessible.

• Inside the oven: Available as an add-on for standard cleanings, included with deep cleans. We use surface-safe degreasers and hand-scrub racks and interior walls. Self-cleaning ovens should be run before our visit when possible
• Inside the refrigerator: Available as an add-on for any cleaning. We ask that you empty the fridge before our team arrives so we can wipe down shelves, drawers, walls, and door seals without moving food
• Inside the dishwasher: Wipe-down available on request. We recommend running a cleaning cycle separately for full deodorizing

Mention these when you request your quote so we can build the right amount of time into your visit.

• Time: Deep cleans take roughly 1.5 to 2 times longer than a standard clean of the same home
• Scope: Standard cleans focus on visible surfaces and high-touch areas. Deep cleans add baseboards, inside appliances, grout, vents, light fixtures, and detail work
• Frequency: Most homes need a deep clean once or twice a year, with standard cleans in between
• Price: Deep cleans cost more because of the time and detail involved. We will quote both options if you are not sure which is right

• Kitchen deep work: interior of microwave; exterior of oven, fridge, and dishwasher; degreasing of stovetop and range hood; cabinet faces wiped down
• Bathroom deep work: grout scrubbed where needed, soap scum and hard-water buildup removed, exhaust fan covers wiped, shower glass detailed
• Dust removal: ceiling fan blades, vents, light fixtures, and behind or under accessible furniture
• Glass and mirrors: all interior glass surfaces, mirrors, and glass tabletops polished
• Floors: hand-cleaned edges and corners on tile and hardwood; deeper vacuum on carpets

Deep cleans are ideal before guests arrive, after a busy season, when moving in, or as a fresh start before going on a recurring schedule. Most clients book one deep clean and then move to recurring standard cleanings after that.

A standard cleaning is our regular upkeep visit, designed to keep a well-maintained home consistently clean. Every standard clean includes:

• Kitchen: wipe down counters, stovetop, exterior of appliances, sink, and backsplash; clean microwave (interior and exterior); take out trash
• Bathrooms: scrub and sanitize toilets, tubs, showers, and sinks; clean mirrors; wipe counters and fixtures; mop floors
• Bedrooms and living areas: dust all reachable surfaces, picture frames, lamps, and electronics; vacuum carpets and upholstery; make beds (linens left out)
• Floors: vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs; sweep and mop all hard floors
• General: empty all trash bins, wipe down switch plates and door handles, tidy as we go
