Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?
Nope! Just let us know beforehand what your cleaning team should do upon arrival.
Will I always have the same cleaning team?
We cannot guarantee you will always have the same cleaning team, but we will always try our best to accommodate you!
What happens if something in my house gets damaged?
Our cleaning staff is very professional, always keeping a respectful attitude towards your home - but mistakes do happen. If you notice damage, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning so that we can remedy the situation.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
We offer multiple payment methods, including cash, check, credit/debit card, Venmo and Zelle.
Please be advised there is a 5% service fee on all credit/debit transaction.
What if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?
If we are closed on that day, we will work with you to find a convenient day that fits your schedule.
How often should I have my home cleaned?
This is entirely up to you. We recommend a weekly residential cleaning to keep things tidy all year round!
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! We now offer gift certificates so that you can give the gift of a stress-free clean.
